Mind Managed Solutions is a professional Hypnotherapy and NLP consultancy which operates from business
premises in Canterbury and Whitstable and not from the owner’s home as is the case of some therapists in the
area.
50% of the treatment fee is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due at the end of every session. We are happy to accept cash, personal cheques or PayPal (available on the contact page on this web site).
We regret than in other than exceptional circumstances we require 48 hours notice of cancellation of a session otherwise the full session charge will be required.
Re-scheduling of appointments must be done 48 hours prior to the appointment already booked otherwise the cancellation charge will apply.
It is fully understood that all information discussed between yourself and the therapist is regarded as
confidential. We undertake not to use or disclose any information shared by you during your session(s).
This does not apply however to Child Protection Issues and should you share anything with us that indicates
a child or young person is at risk or potential risk we have the statutory duty to report this to the
relevant authorities.
Mind Managed Solutions is a therapeutic service and results are not guaranteed. You must enter into the
therapeutic or coaching relationship in the full understanding that you are responsible for creating your
own results and a therapist does not have control over you and subsequently cannot "MAKE" you change against
your will.
* Smoking Cessation Guarantee will include a maximum of one further treatment free of charge should in the
highly unlikely event that smoking cessation fails on the initial session.
