F.A.T (Food Aversion Therapy) is a straight forward hypnotic process (reversible if required) which instills a dislike/aversion of a particular food which was previously liked.

For instance if your dieting attempts have been ruined in the past because of your love of a certain type of food e.g. chocolate, cakes, sweets, cheese, butter etc which you found difficult to resist, then during a hypnotic session then this liking can be replaced with a dislike and therefore the desire to eat the item will cease to exist.
